Introducing Keep On Keeping On
Keep On Keeping On is focused on the development of Hockey GoalKeeping in New Zealand. The use of latest techniques and equipment to support modern coaching strategies will result in huge gains in High Performance programs, and ensure our Goal Keepers receive the latest technical and fundamental skills. Through the drills we use and the knowledge keepers will gain, Keep On Keeping On help Goalkeepers in their decision making processes, resulting in greater consistency in game play. We offer both individual and group sessions for up to three athletes, to optimise coaching time and work you hard.
To ensure that skills taught are not lost when you return to your association, club or school trainings we offer courses for field coaches, so they are able to gain basic knowledge of Keeping techniques and can better incorporate their Goal Keeper into team training sessions.

Tauranga Goal Keeping Clinics
Ex Black Sticks Goal Keeper STEPHEN GRAHAM is coming back to his Home Province to coach the next Generation of aspiring Goalies. These sessions will focus on foot work using the latest techniques. He will also go through GK specific fitness exercises to keep your fitness up over the Off-Season. You will receive Key Pointers to the movements and Video Analysis of your technique after the session, to give you direction to KEEP ON KEEPING ON.

Visiting Harrison Mundy
I was lucky enough to go visit Starship hospital to see this legend, Harrison Mundy! A passionate hockey player and inspiration, as he battles a rare form of bone cancer. He loves his Hockey and is looking forward to getting better and back onto the Hockey pitch.

Midlands NHL
Now for the final update for the Ford 2013 NHL. The Bayley’s Midlands womens side took out the K Cup title in a dominant display! Huge congrats to the girls, winning this title for the first time in the region’s history. The men's side unfortunately left empty handed as we went down 3 2 to Canterbury in the bronze medal match. The winner in the men's competition was Auckland, who managed to see off a strong Southern outfit. It was a hard fought match with both sides deadlocked after regulation game time and two spells of drop off extra time. But Auckland came out victorious as they won the shoot out.
What a fantastic event, one of the most closely contested NHLs ever. Our side showed huge improvement through the season. We are already looking forward to demonstrating what we learnt from this season next year. It is just disappointing we have to wait a whole year to be able to do so. We will be back! Thanks for all your support.
